These terms govern use of FormBae, including workout coaching, progress tracking, reminders, and YouTube-powered exercise-video features.

Using FormBae

FormBae provides workout planning, coaching support, progress tracking, reminders, and exercise-video features for approved trainers and trainees.
You are responsible for entering accurate profile and workout information and for using the platform only with an approved account.
Fitness content in FormBae is not medical advice. Stop exercising and contact a qualified professional if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

FormBae uses YouTube API Services to search for and display workout videos.
By using FormBae features that use YouTube API Services or embedded YouTube videos, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The YouTube Terms of Service are available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
Embedded workout videos use YouTube's standard player controls, and FormBae provides a visible Watch on YouTube link for opening selected videos on youtube.com.

Access may be approved, paused, reassigned, or removed by FormBae admins or by the trainer responsible for your account.
You must not attempt to access another user's account, bypass approval rules, or misuse trainer/admin tools.

Paid access starts after successful payment verification and runs for the plan duration shown at checkout.
Monthly access runs for 30 days and yearly access runs for 399 days unless a different paid window is explicitly shown in your account.
Eligible paid purchases include a 5-day no-questions-asked money-back window as described in the Refund Policy, provided you email team@formbae.in with your payment details within 5 days of payment.
If you voluntarily cancel an active subscription, your app access may be removed immediately. Refunds are handled separately through the 5-day email request process.
Refund requests for failed access, duplicate payments, payment errors, or service issues can be raised with FormBae support and will be reviewed under applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, including account, workout, messaging, analytics, device-storage, and YouTube API Data.
You should review the Privacy Policy before completing onboarding or using the app.

We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or third-party service requirements change.
