Refund Policy
FormBae gives paid users a 5-day no-questions-asked money-back window for eligible plan purchases, provided the refund request is emailed to team@formbae.in within 5 days of payment.

5-Day Money-Back Policy
- FormBae offers a 5-day no-questions-asked money-back policy on eligible paid plan purchases.
- To claim this policy, you must email team@formbae.in with your payment details within 5 calendar days from the successful payment date.
- If the email request is sent within the 5-day window and the payment is verified, we will initiate a refund without requiring you to explain the reason.
- The 5-day window starts from the timestamp of the successful payment captured by our payment provider.
How to Request a Refund
- Email team@formbae.in within the 5-day window.
- Share the mobile number used for FormBae, the payment date, and any available payment reference so we can locate the transaction.
- Once verified, refunds are initiated to the original payment method through the payment provider.
Processing Time
- After FormBae initiates the refund, bank, card, UPI, wallet, or payment-provider timelines may affect when the amount appears in your account.
- If the payment provider reports a processing issue, FormBae support will help track the transaction status.
After a Refund
- Once a refund is initiated or completed, paid app access for that purchase may be paused, cancelled, or removed.
- Any trainer assignment or paid plan benefit connected to the refunded purchase may also be removed.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
- Duplicate charges, failed-access payments, or payment errors can be reported even outside the 5-day no-questions-asked window.
- These cases are reviewed based on payment-provider records, applicable law, and the actual service/access status.
