Account and Login
- Use the same mobile number you used on the FormBae website or app.
- If you paid on the website, the mobile app syncs your plan after login with the same number.
- If you cannot access your account, contact support with your registered mobile number.
Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay for real-world human coaching services.
- For duplicate payments, failed access, or refund requests, share your payment reference and registered mobile number.
- Refund eligibility is handled under the FormBae Refund Policy.
Trainer, Workout, Diet Diary and Progress
- Your trainer can view relevant workout progress, check-ins, messages, and diet diary food photos to support coaching.
- Workout videos are embedded from YouTube where available; some videos may open directly on YouTube.
- Diet diary photos are used for coaching context and can be deleted with your account data where applicable.
