FormBae handles coaching, workouts, progress tracking, and messaging data. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and where that information flows inside the platform.

What We Collect

  • Basic account details such as your name, mobile number, role, and assigned trainer.
  • Workout data including plans, progress logs, body measurements, and activity completed inside the app.
  • Support and coaching data such as access requests, trainer notes, and SMS delivery records.
  • Website analytics and performance data to understand how the platform is used and improve reliability.

How We Use It

  • To let trainers assign plans, manage trainees, and deliver coaching through the platform.
  • To show your current workouts, progress history, and profile settings across devices.
  • To send workout reminders and operational SMS messages when that feature is enabled.
  • To monitor usage, fix issues, and improve product performance.

Who Can Access Your Data

  • Super admins and ADMINs can manage platform operations and account access.
  • Your assigned trainer can view and manage the information needed to coach you.
  • Service providers such as hosting, analytics, and messaging platforms may process limited data needed to run the product.

Data Retention

  • We keep account and workout data for as long as the account remains active or operationally necessary.
  • Administrative logs may be retained longer for auditing, troubleshooting, and product safety.
  • If data needs to be updated or removed, contact the FormBae team through the platform admin contact channel.

Messaging and SMS

  • If SMS reminders are enabled, message activity and delivery outcomes may be logged to support reliability and troubleshooting.
  • SMS delivery is also subject to carrier filtering, Twilio account state, billing state, and sender eligibility rules.

Your Choices

  • You can update core profile details inside the app.
  • You can disable SMS reminders from your profile or onboarding preferences when available.
  • You can ask for corrections to account information through your trainer or platform admin.
